We will aim to ship sample requests within 3 weeks. The longer the request, the more time we might need to ship your samples. We cannot ship bulk samples to locations beyond the contiguous United States at this time. Before shipping, we will send you spec sheets to review, ensuring the ingredient lists can align with your needs. You should receive FedEx tracking notification emails once shipped and again when delivered. The samples are packed with ice in a cooler but will likely arrive at ambient temperature, so please return them to fridge or freezer storage as soon as possible.

We can ship samples for businesses but not for home brewers or enthusiasts. Thank you for understanding!
