This pucker-worthy blend is balanced with a sweet base to tame the tartness.
Separation may occur due to fumaric acid content, which can cause sediment at the bottom of the pail or drum. Please blend thoroughly before use.

Suggested Uses

Adds a perfect balance of tartness to a sweet cider. Try in a gose, saison, or radler. Wonderful in sauces and chutneys.

Safety & Quality

Old Orchard has an on-site Quality Assurance laboratory and operates a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility certified by Safe Quality Foods (SQF) – a globally recognized food safety program. These concentrates are packaged for use by the end-user in further processed juices, alcoholic beverages, jams, jellies and similar food or beverage products. Regardless of the method of preservation or any treatment applied by Old Orchard Brands, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to complete a HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) or similar risk analysis and to ensure further processing for food safety and quality, including a thermal (or equivalent 5-log reduction) step to any 100% juice beverages made from our juice ingredients.

Usage Guidelines

Recommended Use

Typical recommended usage levels for a fruit flavored beer or similar application is 1-5% juice concentrate by volume. This will, of course, vary based on your product and preferences. Brix levels are provided for each concentrate and can be used to help determine your usage rate.
