How do I sign up?

All you have to do is join the Old Orchard Fan Club and you are automatically part of the Rewards Points program. If you already have an account, you need to make sure you login. So what are you waiting for? Login or Join the Club

What are the different ways to earn points?

You earn points by performing specific actions on the Old Orchard website. It’s that easy. You find a full list of all the ways you can earn points on the Ways to Earn Points page.

What can I buy with my points?

Good question. Visit the Rewards Store to see a full list of the rewards you can get with your points. Coupon and merchandise rewards will be shipped to the address in your member profile and digital gift cards are sent to the email address in your member profile, so be sure it’s up to date!

It won’t let me sign up for a Fan Club Account. It says my email address is not available.

It sounds like you have already created a Fan Club Account. Please log-in with your e-mail address and password you created at the following link: http://oldorchard.com/account/login. If you do not remember your password, you can request that a new one be sent to you at the following link: http://oldorchard.com/account/forgot

It won’t let me sign up for a Fan Club Account. It says the screen name I chose is not available.

The screen name is the name that will appear on our website for you when you play games, submit recipes, etc. It is the name that other people will see. Screen names must be unique, so if somebody has already chosen the screen name you try to sign up with, you will receive this error message and you will need to select a different one. You can try adding numbers at the end of your desired screen name to help make it unique. For example, if the screen name “Betty” is already taken, try “Betty534”.

I can’t log-in to my account. It says my username or password is not valid.

Please be sure that you have an existing Fan Club Account. If you are getting this error, you can reset your password here. If you do not have an existing Fan Club account, you will receive an error message telling you that your email address was not found in our database. In that case, you can create an account at the following link: http://oldorchard.com/account/register. Otherwise, please follow the instructions you receive via email to continue with your password reset. When you receive your new password, be sure that you copy and paste it into the log-in screen to ensure accuracy. Once logged-in with your reset password, you can change your password to whatever you’d like it to be at the following link: http://oldorchard.com/account

I signed up for an account, but never received an activation email.

The activation email should have been sent automatically as soon as you completed the initial sign-up form. Please double-check your junk folder to be sure that your activation email didn’t end up there. If you still do not see it, please contact us, and we will activate your account for you.

When I try to log-in, it says my account hasn’t been activated yet.

You should have received an email automatically sent from our system when you first filled out the Fan Club registration form. This email contains a link to activate your account and complete your registration. Click on that link and follow the directions on screen. If you do not see an activation email from us, please see above.

When I click the button to log-in, nothing happens.

Please try logging-in from the following link: http://oldorchard.com/account/login. Please also be sure that your account has been activated. If you are still unable to login, please contact us with the details.

I can’t click on the link I received in my email. When I click on it, nothing happens.

If the web address does not show up as an active link in your email, you can simply copy it and paste it into your web browser’s address bar. Hit enter on your keyboard or click the “Go” button to proceed to that web page.

I tried to reset my password but it didn’t work.

If you would simply like to change your password, you can do so within your Member Profile at the following link: http://oldorchard.com/account If you have forgotten your password, click on the “Forgot your password?” link from the login page. Enter your email address and click “Submit.” You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. If you do not click this link within 24 hours it will expire and you will have to request a password reset again. Once you receive the reset email, click the link and you will be brought to a screen where you can enter a new password. Enter your desired password in the two boxes provided and click “Submit.” You will be brought back to the login page. Enter your email address and new password and click “Login.” Please note that the password is case sensitive. Also note that a password reset link will only work once. You will receive an error message if you try to use the same link multiple times.

I did not get my 1,000 Points for signing up

If you did not receive your 1,000 Points for signing up, please click on the following link to be sure every step of the registration process was fully completed: http://oldorchard.com/account/join/resume. Simply follow the instructions on the screen to ensure that the registration is complete. When you reach the end, you should be credited with the 1,000 points. To view a log of all of your Reward Points earned and spent, please visit the following link: http://oldorchard.com/club/account/points

How do I change my password, email address or mailing address?

Once logged-in to the Fan Club, you can view/edit your Member Profile and change your account details at any time at the following link: http://oldorchard.com/club/profile

The coupons didn’t print.

Please be sure that you have the coupon printer software properly installed and that your default printer is on and ready to print, with paper and ink. If your printer had an error, you can try printing the coupons again. Please note that there is a limit of 2 coupon prints per household, so once two print attempts have been reached, you will be unable to print it again. I don’t have a printer. Can I still get the coupons?

Unfortunately, the printable coupons that we offer on our website are only available in the online/printable format, so they cannot be mailed or emailed. However, you can still save up your Reward Points and redeem them for VIP free product coupons which are sent via USPS to the address listed in your Member Profile.

I am not getting points for playing games, etc.

Please be sure to check your eligibility to earn points for each action at the following link, noting that some actions can only earn you points once per hour, day, week, etc: http://oldorchard.com/club/points. If you are eligible to earn points but they are not being credited to your account, please check to be sure that you are logged-in when performing the action.

Is there a limit to how many digital cards I can redeem points for?

Each member may redeem points for a maximum of 2 digital cards within a 30-day period.

I redeemed points for a gift card, but didn't receive a code.

If you do not receive an email containing a gift card code shortly after submission, please send us a message via our Fan Club Inquiries form and we'll get back to you.
