How much does shipping and handling cost?

There is no extra charge for shipping and handling – it is included in the price you see listed. However, please note that we can only ship to addresses within the continental U.S.

Can I order your frozen juice concentrates?

Unfortunately, due to the frozen nature of the product, we are unable to offer our juice concentrates for direct purchase.

When will I receive my order?

Orders will typically be delivered within 7-10 business days from the date you placed your order. If you have not received your juice in this time frame, please contact us using the form below. You will also receive a FedEx shipment notification once the package has been shipped, which will include a tracking number for your reference. Additionally, if you were logged-in to your Old Orchard account when placing the order, you can view your order history and order status here.

Can you ship to P.O. Boxes?

No. All of our orders are shipped via FedEx Ground and must be shipped to a physical address.

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately, we are unable to honor returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.
