How much does shipping and handling cost?
For online orders of our 64oz juice products, there is no extra charge for shipping and handling – it is included in the price you see listed. However, please note that we can only ship to addresses in the U.S. within the contiguous 48 states. Online orders of bulk commercial concentrates must be picked up from our facility in Sparta, MI. Can I order your frozen juice concentrates?
Unfortunately, due to the frozen nature of the product, we are unable to offer our frozen concentrates for direct purchase. We do offer bulk sales of a number of juice concentrate flavors for use in brewing, wine making and other foods and beverages. When will I receive my order?
Orders will typically be delivered within 7-10 business days from the date you placed your order. If you have not received your juice in this time frame, please contact us using the form below. You will also receive a FedEx shipment notification once the package has been shipped, which will include a tracking number for your reference. Additionally, if you were logged-in to your Old Orchard account when placing the order, you can view your order history and order status here.
Can you ship to P.O. Boxes?
No. All of our orders are shipped via FedEx Ground and must be shipped to a physical address.
What is your return policy?
Unfortunately, we are unable to honor returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.
