Basic Stir-Fry

  • 1 lb. meat (e.g. chicken, turkey, beef), cubed and cooked (in oven, or stove top)
  • 1 cup onions, sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • Any desired seasoning


1. Place vegetables and oil in a large frying pan and saute over over medium heat, until they begin to brown.
2. Add cooked meat, and let sit, stirring occasionally.
3. Add seasoning, if desired.
4. Once vegetables are soft, remove stir-fry from heat.
5. Serve over rice, if desired.
