Easy Broccoli Soup

  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 1/2 cups fresh broccoli
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Bring broth to a boil in a medium sauce pan.
  2. Add broccoli and onion, and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. In a small bowl, slowly add milk to the flour, and stir until well blended
  4. Stir flour mixture into soup; add salt, pepper, and oregano.
  5. Cook until soup thickens, stirring constantly.
