Ground Turkey Pasta

  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce
  • 8 oz. elbow macaroni
  • 1 zuchinni, cut into chunks
  • 1 summer squash, cut into chunks
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Cook turkey in a large skillet over medium heat, until thoroughly cooked.
  2. Heat sauce in a small saucepan over medium-low heat.
  3. In a small skillet heat oil over medium heat, and saute zucchini, summer squash, and garlic for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Cook pasta in a large pot or saucepan, according to package directions; drain and return to pot.
  5. Add turkey, sauce, and vegetables to the pasta.
  6. Add oregano, and salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Stir until well mixed; serve immediately.
