RAL Smoothie

1/2 cup frozen mixed fruit
1/2 cup unflavored yogurt
1 cup Healthy Balance pomegranate and cranberry juice
1/4 cup ginger ale
6-8 ice cubes


1. Place all ingredients in a blender together.
2. Press the smoothie button or the chop button on your blender.
3. Allow ingredients to become as smooth as you would like.
4. Serve in chilled stem glasses with a piece of mint placed at the top of you glasses, and enjoy.
