Soy Chai Latte

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 bags black tea
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. allspice
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 cups soy milk


  1. Combine all ingredients besides soy milk in a medium sauce pan.
  2. Heat until mixture begins to boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove pan from heat and let tea steep for 30 minutes.
  4. Mix tea with 2 cups of soy milk, and heat over stove to serve hot, or chill tea and serve over ice to serve cold.
