1. Brown turkey in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add onion, garlic, and seasonings, and cook until onions are translucent.
3. Add chili peppers and 2 cans of beans.
4. Puree third can of beans and add to mixture.
5. Add chicken broth and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Add cheese, and mix in until melted.
7. Serve with rolled tortillas or tortilla chips.
