Healthy Pizza

  • 1 whole wheat pizza crust
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 tomato – thinly sliced
  • 1 can artichoke hearts – drained


  • Place crust in pan and spread thinly with ricotta.
  • Place sliced tomatoes and artichoke hearts on top.
  • Place in preheated 450* oven.
  • Bake 10-15 minutes until crust is crisp.
