Apple-Glazed Carrots

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound of raw carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup of Old Orchard 100% apple juice

Directions:

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the carrots and juice, then cover.
  2. Cook for 3-5 minutes, until carrots are tender, then remove cover.
  3. Remove carrots to serving bowl, continuing to cook the juice until it has reduced to a glaze.
  4. Pour the apple glaze over the carrots. Serve warm.
