Nectarine-Orange Smoothie

  • 1 1/2 cups nectarines or peaches, peeled & cut up
  • 1 cup soy milk, chilled
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • Ice cubes


  1. In a blender container or food processor bowl combine nectarines, soy milk, orange juice & sugar.
  2. Cover & blend or process until mixture is thick & smooth.
  3. Serve the fruit mixture over ice cubes.
