- 2 cups flour
- 2 Tbsp lard or shortening
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 tsp salt
- Mix ingredients until all blended. Dough should be sticky but workable.
- Divide into 10 balls. Roll out each ball into a thin circle.
- Pan fry each on both sides over medium heat for a few seconds until cooked but not browned.
