Blueberry Ginger Bellini

  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tbs minced ginger
  • 1 tbs sugar
  • 2 tbs lemon juice
  • 2 cups Old Orchard Blueberry Pomegranate Juice
  • 2 cups sparkling wine


  1. Puree blueberries.
  2. Add ginger, sugar, lemon juice, and Blueberry Pomegranate Juice.
  3. Mix thoroughly, strain, and then divide among 4 champagne flutes.
  4. Top each with 1/2 cup sparkling wine.
