Mixed Summer Berry Smoothie

  • 5 oz. frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, etc.)
  • ½ pint vanilla flavored soy milk
  • 1 tsp. honey (optional)


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, and serve immediately.
  3. Garnish with berries, if desired.
