Simple Strawberry Sorbet

  • 1 quart fresh strawberries
  • ½ cup frozen apple juice concentrate
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice


  1. Puree all ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Pour mixture into a bowl, cover, and freeze for 3 to 4 hours.
  3. Remove the bowl from the freezer about every 45 minutes and puree again for a smooth consistency.
  4. Let the sorbet sit out at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.
