Peach Melba Sparkle

Make your day sparkle with this delicious combination of Peach, Mango and Raspberry, topped off with Freixenet Cava.

Ingredients:

  • ½ Tbsp. Fresh Raspberry Sauce* (2 ¼ cups fresh raspberries, 3 Tbsp. Old Orchard Red Raspberry juice, 1 Tbsp. lemon juice, 3 Tbsp. sugar)
  • 3 oz Old Orchard Peach Mango 100% Juice
  • 3 oz Freixenet Brut Cava, chilled
  • Fresh Raspberries for Garnish

Directions:

  1. Add raspberry sauce to the bottom of a champagne flute.
  2. Add 3oz of Old Orchard Peach Mango 100% Juice Blend and top off with Cava.
  3. Add a few fresh raspberries for garnish.

To make raspberry sauce, puree 2 ¼ cups of fresh raspberries with 3 Tbsp. of Red Raspberry juice in a blender or food processor. Strain through a sieve to remove seeds. Mix seedless raspberry puree with 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice and 3 Tbsp. of sugar until well combined. This sauce is also delicious drizzled over fresh peaches or ice cream!
