Make your day sparkle with this delicious combination of Peach, Mango and Raspberry, topped off with Freixenet Cava.
To make raspberry sauce, puree 2 ¼ cups of fresh raspberries with 3 Tbsp. of Red Raspberry juice in a blender or food processor. Strain through a sieve to remove seeds. Mix seedless raspberry puree with 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice and 3 Tbsp. of sugar until well combined. This sauce is also delicious drizzled over fresh peaches or ice cream!
