Pomegranate Cava Martini

Old Orchard Pomegranate Juice and Freixenet Cava combine with fresh citrus flavors and fragrant rosemary for the perfect seasonal cocktail. Impress your guests at your next holiday gathering!

Ingredients

• 1 Lemon, juiced
• 1 cup Old Orchard Pomegranate juice
• 1/3 cup pomegranate seeds
• 1/2 cup orange liqueur 
• Freixenet Brut Cava
• Fresh rosemary sprigs and lemon twists for garnish

Directions

1. Stir lemon juice, pomegranate juice and orange liqueur together
2. Divide pomegranate seeds into 4 glasses and pour pomegranate juice mixture over top
3. Top each glass off with Cava. Garnish with rosemary and a lemon twist.
