Cranberry Raspberry Iced Tea

  1. In a large pan, bring water, raspberries and sugar to boil. 
  2. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. 
  3. Remove from heat and strain and discard raspberry seeds. 
  4. Add tea bags. let stand for 4 minutes. 
  5. Discard tea bags. Add in juice.
  6. Garnish with fresh mint and fruit. Serve over ice.
