No-Sugar Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. orange peel, grated
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. In large bowl, with wooden spoon, stir all ingredients together.
  2. Drop by Tbsp. onto greased cookie sheet, 2” apart.
  3. Bake at 375* about 20 minutes.

Makes 2 1/2 dozen.
