Sticky Kabobs

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of flank steak
  • 1 package of fresh white mushrooms
  • 3 onions cut into wedges 
  • Grape tomatoes 
  • 2 Green peppers sliced


Marinade:

  • 1 cup of Old Orchard Apple Juice
  • 1 cup of soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup of teriyaki sauce
  • salt & pepper as desired

Directions

  1. Cut flank steak into 1/2 inch cubes and marinate overnight.
  2. Assemble meat, onions, tomatoes, green peppers & mushrooms onto the skewers.
  3. While cooking Kabobs to desired temperature, baste with Old Orchard Apple Juice.
  4. Eat and enjoy.
