Place yogurt in a bowl, and thin with a bit of milk so it can be poured. Stir in the honey, then place bowl in the refrigerator until needed. Pour an inch or so of juice into each of 4 popsicle molds, and freeze until firm. Then pour an inch or so of the yogurt mixture on top of the the juice layer. Again, freeze until firm. Repeat each layer until all the yogurt and juice have been frozen. This takes a little time, but it’s well worth the wait on a hot day! Enjoy!
