Paprika Orange Salmon

  • 1 cup Old Orchard orange juice 
  • 2 Alaskan salmon fillets 
  • 2 teaspoons grated orange rind
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • Sprinkle of table salt 
  • Sprinkle of paprika


  1. Marinate salmon in orange juice for 4 hours.
  2. Place salmon skin side down in baking dish and preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  3. Mix orange rind and brown sugar together and evenly lightly press mixture into salmon. 
  4. Sprinkle salmon with salt and paprika. 
  5. Bake for 15 minutes or until salmon is flaky.
