1. Turn burner on medium.
2. Fill bottom of large fry pan or wok with oil and Old Orchard Apple Juice mixed 50/50. Add more as needed to coat other ingredients.
3. Core and chop pears into bite size pieces. Add to oil/juice mixture with enough allspice and nutmeg to smell nice and make pears look lightly spiced and brownish
4. Add cashews.
5. Wash and cut up cabbage into bite size pieces. Add to pan. Warm cabbage up for 5-10 minutes or until flavors blend by stirring and heating.
6. Pour into a bowl and serve.
