Lemonade Rum Roasted Cashews

  • 2 cups whole cashews
  • 1 can Old Orchard lemonade, partially defrosted
  • 1/2 cup coconut rum


  1. Place cashews, rum, and lemonade in a resealable bag.
  2. Shake the bag to coat the cashews with the lemonade and rum.
  3. Place the bag in the fridge for 1 hour.
  4. Preheat oven to 375 F. Place the cashews on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes until slightly dry.
