Lemonberry Cake

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Old Orchard Frozen Strawberry Lemonade
  • 1/4 C. water 
  • 1 Box white cake mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 Cup vegetable oil
  • 3 T. lemon juice
  • 1 C. powdered sugar - sifted
  • 1/2 C. fresh strawberries that have been pureed

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350.
  2. Mix Old Orchard Frozen Strawberry Lemonade and 1/4 C. water in a bowl
  3. In a separate bowl mix white cake mix, 3 large eggs, 1/2 C. vegetable oil, mix until just wet
  4. Add Frozen Strawberry Lemonade mixture and mix for 2 minutes with a hand blender on medium or by hand
  5. Bake in bundt pan 35-40 minutes. Turn cake out of pan and let cool
  6. Mix lemon juice and powdered sugar
  7. With spoon or using a zip close bag with a corner cut off, drizzle lemon mixture onto cake
