Kid Caviar

Create your own kid friendly caviar served on graham crackers and cream cheese for a unique after school snack!

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup ( Healthy Balance)
  • 4 tsp gelatin unflavored
  • 3 Tbs water
  • 1 cup vegetable oil (cold)
  • 8 oz whipped cream cheeze
  • 1 pack graham crackers


Directions

  1. Soften gelatin in water
  2. Heat juice in sauce pan and mix in soften gelatin
  3. Remove from heat and let mixture cool till it thickens a little
  4. Put mixture into a syringe dropper or into a plastic bottle with a dropper tip
  5. Slowly drip mixture into oil letting the drops form into small balls
  6. Stir them around in the oil till they float
  7. Remove them with a slotted spoon or pour into a sieve to remove from oil
  8. Drain on paper towel but do not rinse
  9. Place in bowl and store in frig till ready to use
  10. Use whipped cream to spread onto graham crackers then sprinkle with juice caviar and serve!
