Kid Caviar

Create your own kid friendly caviar served on graham crackers and cream cheese for a unique after school snack!
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup ( Healthy Balance)
- 4 tsp gelatin unflavored
- 3 Tbs water
- 1 cup vegetable oil (cold)
- 8 oz whipped cream cheeze
- 1 pack graham crackers
Directions
- Soften gelatin in water
- Heat juice in sauce pan and mix in soften gelatin
- Remove from heat and let mixture cool till it thickens a little
- Put mixture into a syringe dropper or into a plastic bottle with a dropper tip
- Slowly drip mixture into oil letting the drops form into small balls
- Stir them around in the oil till they float
- Remove them with a slotted spoon or pour into a sieve to remove from oil
- Drain on paper towel but do not rinse
- Place in bowl and store in frig till ready to use
- Use whipped cream to spread onto graham crackers then sprinkle with juice caviar and serve!
