Lemonade Cookies

With these Lemonade Cookies you can enjoy the taste of summer along with a sweet treat!

Ingredients

• 1 cup butter softened
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/3 cup Old Orchard Watermelon Cucumber Lemonade

Toppings

• 1/2 cup Old Orchard Watermelon Cucumber Lemonade
• Additional sugar

Directions

1. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy
2. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition
3. Combine flour and baking soda; add to the creamed mixture alternately with 1/3 cup old orchard watermelon cucumber lemonade, beating well after each addition
4. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets
5. Bake at 400° for 8 minutes
6. Remove to wire racks. Brush with 1/2 cup Old Orchard Watermelon Cucumber Lemonade, sprinkle with sugar
7. Cool

Makes: 6 dozen.
