Roasted Asparagus with Cranberry Reduction

After trying this Roasted Asparagus with Cranberry Reduction - you will be a a huge fan!
- Coat the asparagus with olive oil, salt and pepper. Roast in your oven for 15 min at 350 degrees or until fork tender.
- For the sauce, boil cranberry juice with honey and cinnamon stick. Once it reduced to half the amount, pick & remove the cinnamon stick.
- Serve asparagus with cranberry reduction spooned on top.
