ELIGIBILITY AND ENTRY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

To enter, complete the sweepstakes entry form found on the Old Orchard Brands website at: https://oldorchard.com/blog/entry/drink-to-your-health-sweepstakes. One entry per person is allowed via the entry form. Sweepstakes begins February 18, 2021 12:00am EST. All entries must be received by March 12, 2021 at 11:59pm EST. The Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age and older on or before 11:59 p.m. ET, February 18, 2021. Old Orchard and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders and employees, and any person or entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration, judging or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes, including without limitation, the immediate family members of such individuals, are not eligible to participate. Offer void outside the United States, in Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, and other United States territories and possessions, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law. Each entrant in the Sweepstakes must be the rightful owner or have authorized use of the email account used for the entry. In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of the winner submitting an entry, the winner will be deemed to be the person in whose name the email account is opened. The account must be opened prior to 9:00 a.m. (ET) on February 18, 2021.

SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS:

Three Grand Prize winners and 10 First Prize winners will be selected at random from among all eligible entries, utilizing randomization software such as Random.org. Limit one winner per household. All winners will be contacted via the email address provided to confirm flavor preference and/or mailing address. Prizes will be sent via USPS or FedEx to the address provided by the entrant. Any selected winner that does not respond within 7 days of notification will forfeit their prize and an alternate winner will be selected. PRIZE WINNERS WILL BE NOTIFIED VIA EMAIL.

PRIZES:

Grand Prize Winners will each receive Free Juice for a Year in the form of 52 Free Product Coupons, each redeemable for a free 64oz bottle of Old Orchard juice product, up to a $3.69 value and Old Orchard logo’d merchandise. Free Product Coupons are redeemable wherever Old Orchard 64oz products are sold and manufacturer’s coupons are accepted. Approximate retail value of each Grand Prize is $250. First Prize winners will receive one case of Old Orchard Immune Health (winner to select the flavor, contingent upon availability) and an Old Orchard T-shirt. Approximate retail value of each First Prize is $28. Approximate retail value of all prizes: $1,030. All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be sold or redeemed for cash. Old Orchard may substitute a cash payment or substitute prize of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. Any federal, state, or local, taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Old Orchard is not responsible for any lost, damaged, delayed or misdirected mail. 

CONDITIONS: By participating, entrants signify their acceptance of the Official Rules and waive any claim with respect to ambiguity of the Official rules. If a virus, bug, computer problem or other causes beyond its control corrupts the administration, security or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, Old Orchard reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes and to select winners from entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Old Orchard. Old Orchard may prohibit you from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that you are attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking or employing other unfair practices or by abusing other entrants or the representatives of Old Orchard. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries. Any dispute arising from the Sweepstakes will be determined according to the laws of the State of Michigan, without reference to its conflict of laws principles, and the entrants consent to the personal jurisdiction of the State and Federal Courts located in Kent County, Michigan over them and agree that such courts have exclusive jurisdiction over all such disputes.
